mamat24 Platform Use

1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

"mamat24" refers to the online gambling platform accessible via mamat24.org, including all subpages, mobile applications, and related services operated under an international licence.

"User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with mamat24 and uses any of the services offered. "Services" covers all gaming products including online slots, sports betting, live casino, cricket betting, Teen Patti, and all related activities available on this platform.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between the user and mamat24. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

Any individual wishing to use mamat24 services must register a valid account. The registration requirements are as follows:

• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal information including full name as shown on the identity card (MyKad), a valid email address, and an active mobile phone number.
• Only one (1) active account is permitted per person. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated.
• Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. mamat24 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a password being disclosed to another party.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

The identity verification process (KYC) is a licensing compliance requirement that must be completed by all members. Documents that may be required include a copy of the MyKad, recent bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

mamat24 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The financial conditions that must be observed are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 and 45 minutes after a request is submitted, subject to internal verification.
• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the user.
• mamat24 does not accept payments from third parties or anonymous sources.

mamat24 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there are signs of suspicious activity or if bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met. In such cases, the support team will contact the user for further clarification.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mamat24 offers various promotions to its members. The welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,300 → Wagering required: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000

General conditions for all mamat24 bonuses and promotions:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value other than their wagering value.
• mamat24 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.
• Improper use of bonuses or any attempt to exploit promotion terms will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account termination.

5. Game Rules and User Conduct

All games offered on the mamat24 platform are run using certified random number generators (RNG) or through licensed software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mamat24 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts to hack, exploit, or disrupt mamat24 systems and servers.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the mamat24 platform or promotions.
• Any form of money laundering through gambling accounts.

mamat24 reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained through means that violate these rules. mamat24's decisions on matters relating to game disputes are final after a thorough investigation has been carried out.

6. Responsible Gambling

mamat24 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is designed for entertainment, not as a source of regular income. Users are encouraged to set time and spending limits that suit their own means.

Users who need assistance may request to limit their gambling activity. mamat24 provides the following options upon request:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• A request from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mamat24 support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

mamat24 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. Users acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and are fully responsible for their own betting decisions.

This platform is provided "as is" and mamat24 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from disruptions, errors, or viruses. Nevertheless, our technical team works to maintain platform availability at the highest possible level.

9. Amendments and Changes to Terms

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

mamat24 operates under international licensing and complies with all compliance requirements set by that licensing body. These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute or claim arising from the use of the mamat24 platform should first be resolved through friendly negotiation with our support team. If negotiation does not reach a resolution, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the licensing body.

Users acknowledge that they access and use this platform of their own accord and are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with the applicable local laws in their area of residence.
